The following is some useful information for neighborhood residents, especially new residents:

Elections:  Voting is at Elver Park Shelter, 1250 McKenna Blvd, which is handicap accessible.  For information on the next elections and the candidates, see:  the Madison City Clerk's Office, League of Women Voters-Dane County, wisconsinvote.org, or DemocracyNet .

 

Schools:  Newbery Heights is in the Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District.

 

Garbage and Recycling:   Garbage day is Wednesday.  Have items out by 7:00 AM and place garbage and recyclables on separate sides of the driveway. Recycling is collected every other week. Visit the Streets Deptartment website for the most recent Recyclopedia.
