Purpose
The purpose of the Newbery Heights Neighborhood Association is:
- To develop a cohesive neighborhood community new Newbery Heights through appropriate activities and services.
- To provide a neighborhood community mechanism for the landowners and residents of Newbery Heights to raise and respond to the interests and needs of the landowners and residents of Newbery Heights, both within Newbery Heights and its environs.
- To represent the interests of the neighborhood before the Madison Common Council, the Dane County Board, the City of Madison, the Middleton/Cross Plains Area School District, and all appropriate government agencies.

- Annual meeting of members is the 3rd Sunday in February.

Architectural Committee
Now that Newbery Heights is officially incorporated, the Architectural Committee is made up of neighborhood members. All requests for approval of major landscaping or additions or modifications to houses in Newbery Heights must go through it. Current members of the committee are:
